2026 Savannah Book Festival Highlights
This year’s festival is scheduled for February 5-8, 2026, with an impressive lineup of authors and events that you don’t want to miss. The four-day event is held at various downtown locations in and around historic Telfair Square, Wright Square, and Chippewa Square.
Higglights for SBF 2026 include headliners Sean Dietrich, Brad Thor and Ward Larsen, and Leigh Bardugo. Free Festival Saturday promises more than 40 authors, plus solo talks, Q&As, book signings, and panels on audiobooks and identity. Saturday’s featured authors include: Fiona Davis, Gary Shteyngart, Daniel Pollack-Pelzner, Kevin Wilson, Edward J. Larson, Jane Smiley and many, many others.
Festivities open Thursday evening with a special Opening Address by Sean Dietrich. Friday follows with a Keynote Address featuring Brad Thor and Ward Larsen. The Festival wraps up Sunday afternoon with a Closing Address by Leigh Bardugo.
