December Nights & Holiday Lights at Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens – November 23 – December 24, 6pm to 9pm, nightly
Come see Savannah’s always gorgeous and lush Botanical Gardens made even more entrancing with over a million twinkling lights! An always popular, family-oriented, walk through event.
A Christmas Tradition at the Savannah Theatre – November 23 – December 24
Visit the historic Savannah Theatre and sing along with the annual “A Christmas Tradition” holiday show. The beloved 2 hour performance includes traditional holiday musical favorites, comedy, candy, and an appearance by Santa and his dancing reindeer. Great fun for all.
Holiday Tree Lighting – November 24, 5:30pm
Savannah’s traditional, downtown tree lighting ceremony with guest celebrities and local bands. Heartwarming holiday fun and tradition, Savannah style.
Savannah Boat Parade of Lights – November 25, 7pm to 9pm
Enjoy a festive holiday flotilla of over 40 beautiful boats dolled up for the season and parading up and down both sides of the waterfront. Attend from aboard the Georgia Queen Riverboat and enjoy an even better viewpoint as it leads the parade. What fun!
Christmas on the River – December 8 – 10, 4pm
This three-day festival celebrates the holiday season on Savannah’s Waterfront with live dance and musical acts, unique gifts, Santa, and holiday cheer.
Lighted Christmas Parade – December 9, 5:30pm to 7pm
Join in the fun at Savannah’s annual Lighted Christmas Parade! The Parade runs west to east along River Street, then winds its merry way through downtown. You’ll marvel to community floats, cars, trolleys, groups, and more. A seasonal highlight!
