The annual Savannah Gourmet Seafood & Spirits Festival is one of Savannah’s biggest summer events. Thousands come to experience the best of our local food scene can offer. 2017 Savannah Gourmet Seafood & Spirits Festival Schedule of Events
Coastal Chef’s Table – August 17th, 6:30pm to 10:30pm
Kick-off your festival experience with this five-course dinner pairing event. This year’s theme is “The Southern Coast,” so you can expect many amazingly crafted, locally sourced dishes from world-renowned guest chefs. Expertly paired with wine and spirits will accentuate each dish plus you’ll be entertained with chef and cocktail demonstrations.
Last Blast of Summer Lowcountry Picnic – August 18, 6:30pm to 9pm
The Lowcountry Picnic is a new addition to the Savannah Gourmet Seafood & Spirits Festival. An evening of live music and BBQ, featuring local craft beers, spirits, oysters, and shrimp and grits.
AquaCurean Challenge – August 19, 2pm to 5pm
Come out and witness the AquaCurean Challenge! This event includes both a seafood recipe competition and a hand-crafted cocktail competition with you as the ultimate winner! Live music, seafood tastings, spirits, wine, and beer tastings, and much more. Winners of each event are chosen by audience vote.
Fresh Catch & Cocktails Jazz Brunch – August 20, 12:30pm to 3:30pm
Continuing the “Southern Coast” theme, this event is a great mix of live jazz and a fresh seafood breakfast buffet. Cocktails, a bloody mary bar, and champagne round out the offerings with music performed by Jeremy Davis and the Fabulous Equinox Trio.
