Live music fans rejoice: Savannah Music Festival 2023 is just weeks away! The popular, three-week event celebrates its 34th year by once again delivering a diverse collection of award-winning musicians to Savannah. March 23 through April 8, 2023.
Savannah Music Festival, Georgia’s largest music festival, celebrates 34 fantastic years in 2023. This year’s extravaganza promises 90 performances during its three-week run. The cross-genre lineup includes folk, jazz, blues, roots, rock, and more. This diverse variety of sounds means there’s a something for everyone on the schedule, not to mention the chance to discover something new. Festival performances include concerts, recitals, dance parties, and even late-night jam sessions.
This year’s highlights include such popular stars as Regina Carter, Leo Kottke, Pink Martini, Christian Sands, Buddy Guy, Eric Gales, the Tedeschi Trucks Band, Terence Blanchard, Kenny Barron, the Dave Holland Trio, Stanton Moore, Eddie Palmieri, Los Lobos … and that’s just to start!
Festival performances are held in a variety of venues around Savannah. These include the Lucas Theatre, the Ships of the Sea Museum, Trinity United Methodist Church, the Savannah Cultural Arts Center, the Trustees Theater, Victory North, and both the Charles H. Morris Center and the Metal Building at the Trustees’ Garden.
Best of all, McMillan Inn, our Savannah bed and breakfast, is located just 5 minutes or less of all festival locations. This means you can enjoy your concert knowing your room at McMillan Inn is mere minutes away. In fact, our convenient location downtown in the historic district puts the best of Savannah shops, galleries, museums, dining, tours, and more, at your fingertips.
But you’ll want to act fast. This popular event sees both concert tickets and accommodations snapped up quickly. Get your tickets and book your stay NOW, while you still can!
